College Football Game Day Gifts for the Girls

If you’ve been around my blog for any amount of time, you probably know that I love to give gifts.

I love finding little ways to make people feel special, whether it’s a big gift, a little surprise, or something I put together just because I was thinking of them.

So when I was thinking about something fun to give my girlfriends for college football season, this idea came to me:

Saturdays Are for the Girls.

I love how something so simple can make a regular Saturday feel a little more special.

These cute little college football game day gifts are made with colorful bracelets and a printable bracelet wrap—and they’re incredibly easy to put together.

These are such an easy game day gift for her—especially if you’re making them for a group of girlfriends.

They’re perfect for your girlfriends, sorority sisters, college students, tailgate groups, or even a mom who wants to send a little football-season surprise to her daughter and her friends.

And the best part?

You can make each bracelet stack for under $5.

A Simple College Football Game Day Gift

I wanted to create something that felt cute and thoughtful without being expensive or complicated.

The idea is really simple: three to five team-color bracelets wrapped in a printable “Saturdays Are for the Girls” bracelet wrap.

I love using three to five bracelets because they’re meant to be stacked and worn together.

You can mix your team’s colors to create a fun little game-day bracelet stack that your girls can actually wear all season long.

And you don’t need a Cricut, fancy supplies or any complicated crafting skills.

You simply print the wraps, cut them out, wrap them around the bracelet stack and glue the ends together.

That’s it!

It’s one of those little gifts that looks like you put a lot more effort into it than you actually did—which is my favorite kind of gift.

What You’ll Need

  • Stretch bracelets – Look for bracelets in your team’s colors below. Since they typically come in packs, you can buy a few sets and divide them into groups of three to five.
  • Free printable bracelet wraps – Download my Saturdays Are for the Girls printable below.
  • Scissors/Paper Cutter
  • Glue or double-sided tape

That’s all!

How Much Do These Cost?

The exact cost will depend on the bracelet colors and packs you choose, since prices can vary, but each bracelet stack can typically be made for under $5.

That’s one of the things I love most about this idea.

You can make something that feels like a thoughtful little gift for a whole group without spending a lot.

And because the bracelets come in packs, you can make several gifts from just a few sets.

How to Make the Game Day Bracelet Gift

1. Print the Bracelet Wraps

Download the free Saturdays Are for the Girls printable and print it on cardstock or another slightly heavier paper.

There are eight wraps on each sheet, divided into two sections, so you can easily cut the sheet in half first and then cut apart the individual wraps.

If you’ve made my Pool Hair Don’t Care, Beach Hair Don’t Care or Lake Hair Don’t Care summer party favors, you’ll recognize the format.

It’s the same simple setup.

2. Cut Out the Tags

Cut around each wrap.

You don’t have to be perfect!

These are meant to be quick and easy, especially if you’re making a bunch for a group.

3. Add the Bracelet Stack

Gather three to five bracelets in your school colors and place them in the center of the wrap.

Wrap the two ends around the bracelet stack, gently curving them around the bracelets without creasing the paper. Secure the ends together with glue or double-sided tape.

That’s it!

You now have an adorable little college football game day gift for your girls.

Because the printable is neutral, you can make these for almost any college football team simply by changing the colors of your bracelets.

Heading to a game with your girlfriends?

Make a bracelet stack for everyone in your team’s colors and hand them out before you head to the stadium or tailgate.

Everyone can wear their stack throughout the day—and hopefully all football season long!

A College Care Package

This might be my favorite idea.

If your daughter is away at college, make a set for her and her roommates or friends and tuck them into a football-season care package.

I love the idea of her opening the box and finding a little stack of bracelets for herself and her girls.

It’s such a small surprise, but it’s the kind of thing that makes a care package feel personal.

Sorority Gifts

These would make such a cute little sorority gift during football season.

Make a whole batch in the school’s colors and give a bracelet stack to each of the girls.

They’re inexpensive enough for a group, but still feel fun and personal.

A Tailgate Favor

Hosting a college football tailgate?

These make an easy game day favor.

Set one at each place or put them in a bowl for your guests to grab.

And because they’re already packaged on the printable, there’s no need for individual bags or additional packaging.

Homecoming Weekend

College homecoming is another perfect excuse for a little gift.

If you’re getting a group of girlfriends together for the weekend, make a bracelet stack for each person as a fun little keepsake.

A Girls’ Football Weekend

Going to a college football game with your best friends?

These would be adorable tucked into a weekend bag, handed out at brunch or given to everyone before heading to the game.

Because let’s be honest—half the fun of game day is getting ready with your girls.

Whether you’re heading to the stadium, tailgating with friends, celebrating homecoming or sending a little love in a college care package, it’s a simple way to make game day a little more fun.
